Using this store

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and to use the site lawfully. Please do not interfere with the website, submit fraudulent requests, or misuse other customers’ information. We may decline an order or request when we have a legitimate concern about fraud, stock, delivery, or a pricing error, subject to applicable law.

Order requests and card purchases

Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. Sending an order request does not create a paid order or charge your card. We contact you to confirm stock, shipping, taxes, and payment before accepting the purchase. When online card checkout is available, the final order total is shown before payment; a paid order is placed only after payment succeeds. We may contact you if fulfillment details need to be resolved. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will cancel and refund the affected amount rather than substitute another item without your approval.

Products, testers, and presentation

Read each listing for the exact brand, fragrance, concentration, size, and packaging. A tester may differ from a retail-boxed item in its box, cap, or presentation, so the packaging status shown on the product page matters. Product photographs help identify an item but packaging may change by production batch. Please ask about unclear packaging before placing an order. Fragrance notes and scent descriptions describe a product generally; how a scent wears varies by person.

We sell products as described in their individual listings. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance on this site does not imply a brand owns or endorses My Scent World.

Prices, MSRP, tax, and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars. A displayed manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) is a reference for the identified product and size, not a claim that we or another store previously sold it at that price. Other retailers’ prices may differ. The product price may change before an order is accepted; once a paid order is accepted, the amount charged appears at checkout or on the payment confirmation. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown or confirmed before payment. If a clear listing or checkout error affects an order, we will contact you and offer the correct terms or cancel and refund it. Availability can change, including while an order request is pending.

Payment and security

When card checkout is available, a payment processor handles the card transaction. We do not collect or store your full card number on this website. A submitted order request is not a payment authorization. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order may not be fulfilled. Please use customer care for a payment or order question.

Shipping, addresses, and delays

See our Shipping & delivery policy for the free standard shipping offer on U.S. merchandise orders of $100 or more, shipping charges below that threshold, destination issues, and delivery problems. If an address cannot be served, we will contact you to choose another eligible address or cancel and refund the order. If we cannot meet a promised shipping time, we will offer a delay or cancellation and refund as required by law.

Cancellations, returns, and damaged items

Contact us promptly to cancel an unpaid request or a paid order that has not shipped. After shipment, our Returns & refunds policy applies. For a change of mind, contact us within 30 days after delivery; the fragrance must be unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging, and you pay ordinary return shipping. Wrong, damaged, defective, or missing items have a separate review process. These policies are part of these terms and do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

Website content and third-party services

Our store design, text, and original photographs may not be reused commercially without permission. Third-party links or payment services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for our obligations as the seller, and the use of a payment or shipping provider does not remove your rights against us under applicable law.

Questions and updates

Contact customer care about an order, product, return, or these terms. We may update the site and policies; we show the revision date below. The terms in effect when a purchase is accepted apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
